James Hennessey from Gowran Reptile Village joined Eimear in studio today and brought along his friend Beatrice.
Beatrice is a small python snake, one of the many scaly animals that live in the reptile village.
Eimear also spoke to Carlow’s Marcus Lawlor, winner of the bronze medal at the World University Games in Napoli.
The IT Carlow student came home third in the 200 metres final.
