The Kilkenny camogie side gained revenge for last year’s All Ireland final loss when they dumped Galway out of the championship on Sunday at the semi final stage
The Leinster side proved too strong for the holders in a 4-12 to 3-7 win in the Gaelic grounds.
Denise Gaule with 1-5 and Anne Dalton with 1-3 were to the forefront of the Kilkenny efforts to set up a September 14th All Ireland final date with either Cork or Wexford.
That semi final ended in a draw on Saturday evening with the replay this coming weekend.
