Kilkenny-based Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre has been awarded a two-year funding commitment, worth €80,000.
The funding, provided by MSD Ireland is part of their “Solutions for Healthy Communities” funding programme, will be used to address the challenges faced by patients, whose mobility may be restricted, ensuring they receive the care and support they need closer to home.
Cois Nore is one of only five grant recipients based in Europe.
