The Kilkenny Citizens information centre, one of the first in the country, celebrates its 40th birthday today.
The local branch are celebrating 4 decades of helping people out with information on State services and their entitlements.
To mark the occasion they’ll be hosting various talks and unveiling a plaque on the Parade in the city from 2.30.
