Kilkenny County Council Clears Way to Finish ‘An Choill Rua’ Development in Paulstown

A long-stalled housing scheme in Paulstown is set for completion after being given the green light.

Kilkenny County Council has granted permission for 14 new homes, a brand-new crèche, and a community centre at the ‘An Choill Rua’ development in Kellymount.

The approval clears the way to finish vital infrastructure works on the site, which was originally left incomplete after the parent planning permission expired in 2008.

The development will go ahead under strict site layout terms, with no additional housing units or renumbering permitted.
