Kilkenny faring better than Carlow when it comes to supply of second hand properties for sale

There’s a ‘chronic shortage’ of second hand homes for sale across the country.

New analysis from Myhome.ie shows around 12 thousand second hand properties on the market in July, a massive 50 per cent drop on a decade ago.

Managing Director of MyHome.ie Joanne Geary says Munster has the least number available, followed by the border counties.
