Kilkenny Gardaí issue warning about bogus traders after local person caught out on Saturday

Local shoppers are being urged to be on the alert for bogus traders.

It’s after a person was duped out of €200 yesterday morning in Kilkenny City.

They were told they were buying an iphone but after the exchange was made, they found out they’d been sold an empty box.

Gardaí are warning you to make sure you’re fully confident about what you’re buying before you hand over any money.
