Kilkenny High Street units and Carlow Town apartments to go under the hammer

Properties in Carlow and Kilkenny worth an estimated €2 million are to form part of a large Allsop Private Auction in May.

In Carlow 30 apartments are up for sale at the Riverbank on Burrin Street in the Town with a reserve price of between €1.3 and €1.4 million.

Meanwhile in Kilkenny City, Allsop say they’re expecting plenty of interest in two retail units – 61 and 62 High Street – and a cafe space in Number 76 Kieran’s Street.

Those units also have 5 retail or office studios overhead and they’re expected to fetch between €570,000 and €630,000.

The auction takes place on Wednesday the 11th of May.
