A former Kilkenny hurler is to be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Gaelic Players’ Association.
Inistioge’s Eddie Keher is getting this year’s top accolade from the association at their Former Players Event.

Eddie has six All-Ireland, 10 Leinster, and three League medals to his name after an inter-county career that spanned almost 20 years.
Kilkenny’s hurling teams of 1967 and 2007 are also getting special recognition on September 16th.
