Richie Hogan and Galways Jason Flynn clocked up the bulk of the scores yesterday as the cats fell to their second defeat in a row in the National Hurling League.
Joe Canning returned to action for the tribesmen after being named as a late addition to the Galway bench.
The final score was 20 points to 18.
