Kilkenny mother remembers how her whole life changed a year ago

A Kilkenny mother says a lot of the happy memories of her young son have been overtaken by what happened this day last year.

Roseann Brennan started a campaign for road safety measures in residential areas after her 6 year old son Jake died when he was hit by a car outside his home on June 12th 2014.

Together with Jakes Legacy she succeeded in getting the Transport minister to introduce new speed limit guidelines back in March of this year.

Roseann told KCLR how everything changed for her a year ago.
