Kilkenny on shortlist for Top Tourism Town 2015

Kilkenny is in the running to recapture the title of Irelands Top Tourism Town.

The ten shortlisted have been revealed at the National Tidy Towns awards in the Helix in Dublin this lunchtime.

Kilkenny won in 2013 but Westport took last years title. This year Kilkenny features in the large town category alongside Cobh in Cork and Tralee & Killarney in Kerry

The overall winners will be announced at a ceremony on Wednesday 25th November.
