The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel has not yet been sold.
The 4 star city centre hotel went on the market back in June as part of a portfolio of 3 which included the Malton in Killarney and the Gresham Metropole in Cork.
Earlier this week it emerged that the Malton had sold for more than 15 million euro and it was expected a sale for the other 2 would follow.
However management at the Ormonde has confirmed to KCLR news this morning that no sale has been agreed for the hotel in Kilkenny city yet.
