At today’s meeting of the Castlecomer municipal district earlier Cllr Mary Hilda Cavanagh called for clarification on the criteria for it and for the Local Improvement Scheme, which is for private lanes and avenues, as well as on whether it’s the council or the Department who makes final decisions.
