Kilkenny resident says she was forced out of her home because of severe anti-social behaviour

A local resident says she’s more afraid to walk around in Kilkenny than she ever was when she lived in New York.

Maria, who now lives on Kickham Street, claims she was forced to leave her home in the Newpark two years ago because of serious anti-social behaviour.

In one instance, she says pictures of her sleeping in her bedroom were posted online.

Maria says she’s still experiencing anti-social behaviour in Kickham Street – just two nights ago there was a suspected arson attack on a house near hers.

Speaking to KCLR Live this morning, she says she ended up being homeless after leaving her house in the Newpark.
