Investigations into a sinkhole at Galmoy Mine are likely to continue all week.
The 30-foot hole appeared suddenly on Saturday over the site of a disused mineshaft that was operated by Lundin Mining.
The Council and the company says there’s no threat to the public or to the local water supply.
Speaking exclusively to KCLR News Steve Gatly of Lundin Mining says they flew experts in as soon as they could to find out what caused the sinkhole.
