A Kilkenny based start up company has done a deal with 36 hotels across Ireland and the UK.
JamJou have developed game based training software that uses new technology to train and engage staff through their smartphones to increase sales productivity, improve customer service & reduce staff turnover.
Local woman Jo Brennan is behind JamJou – they piloted a project with the Jurys Inn Hotel Group at 4 sites and now the group is set to implement the firms software as part of their staff training in 36 of its hotels.
