Kilkenny to train up chefs to help address the shortage in the profession

Kilkenny is to play its part in tackling a Chef shortage across the country.
Figures show that only 1 thousand 800 chefs qualify every year in Ireland and The School of Food in Thomastown is running a course to train people up to a professional standard.
