Kilkenny City Harriers’ Cliodhna Manning and St Laurence O Toole Carlows Marcus Lawler are off to Tallinn in Estonia today to compete in the European U23 Championships.
The games get underway on Thursday.

However she finished up in 27th position in the 200 metres Individual Medley.
