Local Councillor criticises the appointment of minister Reilly to the Department of Children and Youth Affairs

A local councillor has criticised the appointment of Mr James Reilly to the Department of Children and Youth Affairs  in the Cabinet Reshuffle on Friday.

Fintan Phelan says it is clear that the former Minister for Health had not done a good job in his role.

The Carlow Fianna Fail councillor says it shows how much emphasis the government is placing on health.
