Dogs just cannot be trusted around children.
That’s the warning from Carlow Councillor Andy Gladney after a 7-year-old boy was bitten by a dog on the Barrow line in the area between Bagenalstown and Goresbridge.
Speaking to KCLR, the Sinn Féin councillor says the boy could now have permanent scars.
