Local Gardai collect for Special Olympics with ‘Cops on Donut Shops’ fundraiser

Today is your chance to keep a Kilkenny Garda trapped on a roof for the day – and it’s all in the name of charity.

The local fundraising initiative ‘Cops on Donut shops’ is in its 5th year.

The sugary treats are on sale on the High Street and its in aid of Special Olympics Kilkenny which Sgt Gary Gordon says is always well supported
