One of 2 local venues could be named IMRO Leinster Music Venue of the Year today.
The Set Theatre and Cleeres in Kilkenny will battle it out with 3 others for the title after they made the shortlist for the awards.
Meanwhile Kilkenny roots festival is in contention for the Music Festival of the Year.
The winners will be announced today at IMRO’s headquarters in Dublin later.
