A local pharmacist says to make sure you get your flu vaccines now if you haven’t already done so.
Pharmacist Joe Burke from Aut Even Hospital in Kilkenny says that flu season is only getting going now and will peak around January which will see many A and E departments crowded.
Many people confuse the common cold with the flu but Dr Burke says they’re easy to tell apart.
