A Carlow general election candidate has welcomed her partys decision to join forces with the Anti Austerity alliance.
Adrienne Wallace was selected as the People before Profit candidate in recent months.
She’s told KCLR she thinks merging the parties is a step in the right direction.
Conor MacLiam is the Anti Austerity Alliance candidate and its understood that both will still run in this constituency in the next election.
