Male pedestrian knocked down in Carlow this morning

A male pedestrian has been released from hospital after being knocked down by a car at Ballyvergal on the Dublin Road in Carlow.

The pedestrian, who’s in his mid 30’s, was knocked down at approximately 4am this morning and a forensic investigation has been carried out. The road is currently being cleared for traffic.
