Man arrested in connection with Wicklow murder continues to be questioned

A person arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of a man in Wicklow over twenty years ago continues to be questioned this morning. 

Aged in his forties, he can be held for up to 24 hours.

He was picked up by those investigating the discovery of the body of 27-year-old Eoin McCarthy from Clondalkin, Dublin on the 4th of November, 2005, at Ballinagee, Hollywood who had been shot.
