Man in his 40s charged in fatal crash involving e-scooter and bus in Waterford City

A man in his 40s has been charged in connection with a fatal crash in Waterford City.

The collision occurred between a bus and an e-scooter and happened in the early hours of June 27th of last year.

Two teenagers who were travelling on the e-scooter died from their injuries.

The man is due before a sitting of Waterford District Court this morning.
