A man in his 50s has been remanded in custody after over a quarter of a million euros worth of drugs were seized in Kilkenny last week.
Cocaine worth €200,000 and Cannabis worth €100,000 was found during a planned search of a house in Assumption Place on Thursday.
A man was arrested at the scene and appeared before a special sitting of Kilkenny District Court on Saturday morning.
He’s been remanded in custody to appear again in the coming days.
