A Kilkenny Fianna Fail Councillor has been outlining his ambitions for Dail Eireann
Pat McKee says he will seek the party nomination to run for a seat in Carlow-Kilkenny in the upcoming by-election.
He says he’s put a lot of thought into it and feels the time is right now.
