Men starting to be more mindful of their health says Director of Mens Health & Research at IT Carlow

The Director of Mens Health and Research in IT Carlow says men are starting to be more mindful of their health and the choices they make.

Dr Noel Richardson was speaking as  Mens Health Week got underway where men are being encouraged to be more proactive about their health and to seek advice about any concerns they have.

He says he’s seeing some progress with men going to doctors quicker which traditionally they didn’t do.
