That’s the message from the local Gardai today as thousands take to the roads for some last minute Christmas shopping or start out on a journey to visit friends and family for the festive season.
Audrey Dormer is Traffic Inspector for the Kilkenny-Carlow Garda division – she says they cant stress enough the importance of taking extra care when the roads are busier.
