Tackling drugs, anti-social behaviour and animal cruelty are just some of the priorities of the new chairman of Kilkennys joint policing committee.
Councillor Paddy McKee was appointed to the role this week and says he hopes the committee can provide a platform for communities most affected to have an input in the fight against crime.
