New €1 a day parking zones for Kilkenny city

A new pilot scheme being rolled out in Kilkenny will allow you to pay in advance for your parking by phone.

The Borough Council will make 110 long stay spaces available across the city for 1 euro a day or per visit.

10 different parts of the city will offer the special rate with signs marking the specially zoned areas.
