New group for people with aphasia to be launched in Carlow

Carlow has a new social group for those affected by aphasia.

The disorder is caused by damage in a specific area of the brain that controls language expression and comprehension and can leave the person with it unable to communicate effectively with others.

Now a grouping calling Talking Heads is set to be launched locally in May.
