A new Lidl store for Bagenalstown has been given the green light again.
The Planning Department at Carlow county council had granted permission for a new store on the Royal Oak Road but that decision was subsequently appealed to An Bord Pleanála earlier this year.
The Planning Authority has now ruled that the development can go ahead with revised conditions.
