A centre to provide personal growth and support on mental health services is officially launching in Kilkenny today.
Kilkenny Involvement Centre is located just off High Street and is being set up as part of the Advancing Recovery Ireland initiative in conjunction with the HSE.
It’s primary aim is to provide support for those impacted by mental health challenges but they also workshops on Mindfulness and Perspective.
Speaking to KCLR, Dee Morrissey from the Involvement Centre says there’ll be plenty of things to avail of at today’s launch.
