Reduced rates is just one of the incentives to be offered to businesses hoping to rent units of the former Braun Site in Carlow.
The site was recently purchased by former presidential candidate, Sean Gallagher to develop a business and technological park in the town.
His company, Clyde Real Estate hopes to have the premises full within the next 5 years.
Derek Shannon, President of Carlow Chamber of Commerce told KCLR that they had a ‘positive meeting’with Mr Gallagher last week.
