House prices in Kilkenny and Carlow have both shown growth for the first time since the property crash.
The ‘How much is your house worth?’ survey published recently in the Irish Independent says prices grew 7% in Kilkenny and 3% in Carlow.
The survey looked at sales by estate agents in Kilkenny city, Thomastown, Callan, Carlow town, Tullow, Hackettstown and Bagenalstown.
