Open casting today for extras to work on Inistioge movie set

Today is your chance if you want to be part of a new movie set in Inistioge.

There’s an open casting in the Cois Abhann centre from 10 this morning as they look for extras for the Secret Scriptures which is due to start filming in the coming weeks.
The film is based on the book by Sebastian Barry and is being directed by Jim Sheridan.

It is set in Ireland back in the 1940’s.
