Operation Transformation step out in Carlow this weekend.
There’s four walks being organised locally this morning as part of a nationwide event Operation.

In Carlow there’s a walk on at Rathwood in Tullow, while there’s three taking place around now in KIlkenny at Castlecomer Discovery Park, Woodstock Gardens in Inistoige and in KIlkenny city starting from Canal Square.
The 3 Kilkenny Walks are being organised by the Kilkenny Recreation and Sports Partnership and Nicola Keeshan says if you couldn’t make it for this mornings event, there are still other ways to get started.
