A youth organisation from Kilkenny is to receive a new library, to the cost of €1,500.
Ossory Youth is one of four groups nationally to receive the funding as part of the Bord Gais Energy Donate a Library initiative.
The initiative has been promoted by Bord Gais to get communities interested in books and reading.
In the ongoing scheme, further nominations for a new library are being accepted from Monday 11th August.
