Dog droppings, bottles, bags and cans are just some of the items that residents in a Kilkenny estate say they’re constantly having to pick up.
Mícheál says a bit of “cop-on” is what’s needed from people who continue to litter all along the Waterford Road, and at the entrace to his estate,Cashel Downs, in particular.
He says the council have been a great help and there have been talks about putting a bin at the entrance to the estate.
Speaking to KCLR News today, Mícheál says it’s just bizarre that people would go to the bother of putting their dog’s droppings into a bag only to fling it into a housing estate.
