Almost 115 customers in the Tullow area in Carlow are entering their fifth day without power as ESB crews work to restore supply after the destruction caused by Storm Darragh.
60 skilled personnel from France have joined their ESB Network counterparts to support them as they repair the damage which impacted almost 400,000 customers nationwide at its peak.
ESB Networks is working to restore their power by midday today.
However, another 50 homes and businesses in Tullow are without power since yesterday evening and this may not be restored until 8pm on Friday.
Elsewhere, 98 customers in Graigue lost their supply just after 9 pm and its hoped to have this back by 2pm this afternoon.
