Palatine Book Place In Carlow Senior Football Final

Palatine qualified for the Carlow Senior Football Championship Final for the first time since 2012 this evening, by dispatching Eire Og on a a scoreline of 3-9 to 2-9.
In the curtain raiser at Netwatch Cullen Park, O’Hanrahans comfortably overcame the challenge of Fenagh with a Lee Walker goal helping ‘The Blues’ to 1-19 0-6 victory which sends them through to the Intermediate decider.
Elsewhere St Patricks of Tullow booked their place in the Junior ‘A’ Championship final with a 2-13 to 2-8 victory over Eire Og’s 2nd string.
In Camogie, Myshall retained their Senior Camogie championship crown with a 1-12 to 0-3 win over Mount Leinster Rangers, while in the shield final Ballinkillen beat Naomh Brid by 3-9 to 2-4.
