Peaceful demonstration held at Step House Hotel following head chef redundancy this week

Over 50 people attended a peaceful demonstration at the Step House Hotel in Borris this afternoon.

It comes after the head chef at the local Hotel was told this week that he was being made redundant with immediate effect.

The hotel has been in receivership for some time and the Prem Group are currently running it.
