Penneys have confirmed their Kilkenny city shop will be opening at 10.30 on Friday morning.
The Market Cross location is deemed to have on-street access because it’s open air so can open this week.
Customers of the chain in Carlow will have to wait until Monday at 10.30 when the outlet there will open along with others located in Shopping Centres.
