Permission Granted for New 46 Unit Housing Development on Bonnettsrath Road In Kilkenny

The green light has been given for 46 new houses on the Bonnettsrath Road in Kilkenny.

Madill Property Limited has been granted permission for the homes at Rath Ullord, which include a mix of detached houses, duplexes, and two three-story buildings containing both apartments and ground-floor retail or restaurant units.

Plans also include public open spaces, a communal refuse area, and extensive landscaping.

The project also involves replacing the existing roundabout at the entrance with a new T junction and raised pedestrian crossings.
