Phone, travel documents and bank cards taken from car parked in Kilkenny city

Gardaí are appealing to anybody in Kilkenny city who noticed suspicious activity over the weekend.

The owner of a car parked up on Sunday at Wolfe Tone Street came back to discover it had been entered between 4 and 4:30pm with phone, travel docs and bank cards taken – those cards have since been used to buy items.

Anybody who was on the stretch during the 30minutes and who might have seen what happened is asked to contact the city garda station.
