Pink Lemonade
For the lovely sunny weather we’ve been having lately…
Ingredients
- 300/10 oz caster sugar
- 1 ½ lemons sliced
- 1 orange sliced
- 450gr/1lb raspberries
- Ice, fresh mint and soda water, to serve
Method
Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and pour over 350ml/ ¾ pt water . Bring to the boil, stirring often, and leave to cool.
Pour through a sieve, pressing down to extract all juices. This can now be stored in a fridge for up to a week. To serve pour a little into a glass and top with soda or sparkling water and ice.
